DEPOSIT TERMS:

• Advance deposit of the equivalent of one night’s rental plus administration fee and insurance fee required to confirm each reservation.
• Deposits are made by personal check or credit card (Visa, Master Card or Discover).
• Rooms will be held for seven days awaiting your deposit.
• Deposit is non-transferable to future reservations.
• Remaining balance for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to check in or upon arrival, by arrangement with Tuscany Condo Resort management. 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

• All confirmed reservations are guaranteed.
• Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before arrival.
• Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.
• No refunds will be given due to weather or early check-out.

OTHER POLICIES AT TUSCANY CONDO RESORT

1. All reservations require the equivalent of one night’s rental, administration fee and insurance fee.
2. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival in cash, travelers checks, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Balance may be paid upon arrival with prior arrangement with the management of Tuscany Condo Resort.
3. All rates subject to New Jersey Sales Tax and Cape May County Tourism Tax.
4. Reservations held until 7 PM unless otherwise notified.
5. Rates listed apply only to advance reservations and are subject to change.
6. Misrepresentations of any kind void the reservation, and will be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
7. One parking space per unit, strictly enforced, regardless of unit type.
8. Sorry, No pets allowed.
9. Check In is at 3 pm and Check out is at 10 am unless otherwise stated.
10. Security deposit is returned within 30 days after check-out and will be sent in the form of a check via postal mail.
